Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form includes the service type, origin, destination, commodity, container type and quantity, or LCL pieces, gross weight and volume. It also includes your expected shipping date, any additional requirements, and the name, phone number or WeChat ID and email address you choose to enter. LCL figures may be estimates and can be left blank. A phone number or WeChat ID is required for follow-up; your name and email address are optional. Please provide only information needed for the quote or transport plan. Do not include identity documents, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.

How inquiries are sent

Selecting “Prepare email inquiry” opens your device's email application with a draft addressed to info@zxytlogistics.com . You must send that email in your email application before the company receives it. “Copy inquiry” copies the text to your device clipboard, so you can choose where to paste and send it. The website currently has no backend endpoint that directly receives inquiry forms.

If you contact us through WeChat, telephone or email, those services also handle communications under their own policies.

Inquiry guide and browser records

The website inquiry window provides automated contact guidance. Text entered there is not sent in real time to a human adviser. For a business response, please contact us through WeChat, telephone or email.

The inquiry window uses browser sessionStorage to keep the most recent 30 messages in the current tab so they can be shown after a refresh. Closing the tab usually ends that session, depending on your browser's restore settings. These conversations are not uploaded to the company's server through the website. The website currently has no advertising trackers or third-party visitor analytics scripts.

The web server may record IP addresses, access times, requested URLs and browser information to operate the website, investigate faults and maintain security.

When the company receives your inquiry

Information sent to us by email, telephone or WeChat is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss a quote and coordinate the services you request. If a later shipment requires necessary details to be shared with carriers or service partners, we will explain this during the business discussion. Please ensure you are authorised to share information about the cargo and other contacts.

Inquiry records are handled as needed for business communications and subsequent services. Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided. Where an ongoing service or records that need to be retained affect a request, we will explain how it can be handled.
